Having grown up in Florida in the late 1950s through the early 70s, I have many fond memories of how it was in those days. My nostalgia has no bounds. In these paintings I’m trying to convey it the way I remember it. Today, Florida has virtually no resemblance to today to what it was then…unless you find your way into rural areas.
